As Holiday World RV celebrates its 30th anniversary, the company proudly reflects on a legacy of customer-first service, steady expansion, and a deep commitment to the RV lifestyle. Over the past 30 years, Holiday World has grown from two small Houston dealerships into one of the region’s leading RV dealership groups, proudly serving Texas and New Mexico with 6 locations.
Three decades ago, founder Michael Peay formed Holiday World of Houston, operating two dealerships. Recognizing the increasing demand for RVs and RV services, Peay purchased 57 acres in Katy, Texas, in 1999. Just one year later, Holiday World opened its new state-of-the-art Katy dealership, now home to the company’s headquarters, its largest dealership, and Airstream of Houston.
The company maintains:
• 1,000+ new and used RVs in inventory
• 85 indoor service bays
• $3.8 million in parts inventory
• 300+ dedicated employees
Many Holiday World employees are RVers themselves, bringing firsthand knowledge and enthusiasm to every customer interaction.
