About this Nominee

F3 is a national network of FREE, peer-led, outdoor workouts for men. We have over 50 active workout locations in the greater Katy/Fulshear/Cypress area, and there are even more in the greater Houston area and all over the country.

Our workouts are ALWAYS FREE, held outdoors rain or shine, open to all men 18+, led in a rotating fashion by our members, and always end in a Circle of Trust.

We are a positive force in the Katy, Fulsher, Cypress and surrounding area, and we've been helping men unlock their potential since 2017.
