About this Nominee
David Thomas is a native Houstonian who resides in Katy with his wife and three kids. Having grown up in the West Houston/Katy area, he knows everything the area has to offer. He is committed to first class customer service and taking a consultative approach to understanding all of your real estate needs. David is joined by his wife, Natalie Thomas, founder of Katy Moms Network who brings over 15 years of sales, marketing, social media, and leadership experience to the team. Natalie brings a deep knowledge of the Katy/Fulshear markets, along with an expansive toolbox in digital marketing to her role as Director of Marketing.
Croft Thomas, David's brother, is a licensed relator specializing in Houston and the Hill Country and resides in San Marcos, Texas, where he enjoys helping local families find their perfect home. Croft is also a native Houstonian and will receive his Business Management degree from Texas State University in December 2026.
Thomas Realty Team specializes in residential, as well as ranch and land deals, specifically in the Texas Hill Country.
