My name is Jen and I’ve been making elderberry syrup for about 14 years now.
I operate out of a licensed commercial kitchen. Making small batches of the same recipe I’ve been making for 14 years — measuring every ingredient by hand, tasting every batch, labeling every bottle myself.
I started making elderberry syrup because I needed something clean enough for my own kids. Something with no preservatives, no artificial fillers, nothing I couldn’t pronounce. When I couldn’t find it, I made it. All organic ingredients and honey from trusted bee keepers.
That was 14 years ago. And I still make it exactly the same way. The only difference now is that it ships to families all across the country — and every single one of them gets the same care I put into it when it was just for mine.
